One of the best spots in Tucson. This falls in my top three places to get great coffee in the city. The staff is expert level baristas and know everything from growing, roasting process, brewing process, and customer service. As a self proclaimed coffee snob, this is always in my top coffee shops. Not only is the service fantastic , but the ambiance is amazing too. If ya want a great space for a date, to do work, or just chill…this is it.

We loved coming here to get a quick coffee! This coffee shop has such a neat, rustic and authentic coffee house vibe. Very cool to see the roaster in the back of the shop too! Coffee was good and the customer service was even better. Gotta love the prices too! Paid $4.75 for a Mocha, if I’m remembering correctly. Seating is a little limited and all the seats were taken when we got there, so it looks like seating could be hit or miss and probably not the best place to study if you can’t even get a seat. But nonetheless a great coffee shop near downtown Tucson. We will be back for more!

Central Tucson roaster, cool spot with nice coffees. Sometimes it’s refreshing not to go to a typical strip center to get a coffee. Had the almond milk latte and as expected (given prior reviews), GOOD! Just a lovely place to hang. Bring your dog, seats are available in front with plenty of shade.

Venturing into this super hip coffee spot is like stepping into a caffeine-fueled oasis. The ambiance exudes a big city coffee shop vibe that instantly elevates your java experience. Now, let's talk about the cold brew – it's not just good; it's a powerhouse of concentrated delight. Rarely do you find the good stuff with such an intensity of flavor, but this spot delivers it in spades. Each sip is a jolt of coffee excellence that's bound to satisfy even the most discerning caffeine connoisseur. But what steals the spotlight is the chiltepin cold brew – a local twist that sets this place apart. The subtle kick of spice from the indigenous chiltepin pepper adds a layer of uniqueness to your coffee journey. It's a sip of local culture in every cup, and that touch of heat is nothing short of awesome. In a city that never sleeps on its coffee game, this spot manages to stand out with a brew that's as bold as its surroundings. So, if you're craving a coffee experience that mirrors the energy of a bustling metropolis, look no further – this is your go-to spot for coffee that packs a punch.

I got an iced americano - strong/good flavor! Reasonable parking considering it’s so close to campus. Pleasing aesthetics with a large number of spots to work, which is a huge plus. High ceilings make everything feel open.

I was a regular customer until I encountered a barista that refused me a drip coffee an hour before closing, charged me for a pour over but then did even give me a full cup of coffee. Then when I asked for me the rest of my cup he told me I could pay for another pour over. Did I mention that he did this in two occasions? After I got upset for being mistreated multiple times, he told me they don’t want my business. It is a shame the rest of the baristas are great.

Review for music evening music event. The space does not work at all for the evening music events. The coffeehouse/bar spaces are divided into small rooms and a small patio. The music is set up on the patio, which fits maybe 10 comfortably , but even crammed with added chairs still only seats about 16.There is an adjacent room with a few other seats, but it is more removed from the music, There is not even standing room. I thought the atmospherics were nice, but but the music experience was impossible to enjoy - or even attend - because of the discomfort and total lack of space. This isn't a music venue.

I really like Exo. I agree that it’s a PLEASANT industrial reclaimed wood and brick atmosphere (I promise, in a good way). I am not exactly young and I felt comfortable in this hip coffee shop and roaster with its nice mix of patrons and welcoming atmosphere. Add to that the really high quality coffee, with some great local options like chiltepin and local honey latte and mole and chocolate. Bottom line is they do the basic things incredibly well and do the add-on things even better. Loved the iced latte, the local honey iced latte, the cold brew (one of the best cold brews in the city, a city full of great coffee) especially, because it’s not too strong or off-putting with bitterness, you really do taste the coffee flavor. Baristas are approachable and pleasant, like the bar area in the rear, and the tables are comfortable. The accessories area has all I need - simple syrup and half and half. And they use the true paper straws, I like that. The roaster is for real. Talk about fresh! Still haven’t eaten here, which is a shame given how great the food looks, and how locally sourced everything is, let alone the options for vegans and gluten-free diets in terms of baked goods, plus the breakfast staples (eggs and meat). Really enjoy coming to this place when I’m anywhere near downtown and it is becoming a reason to go downtown in the first place.
